How do you know how to setup my account the way I want it?
After payment, you'll be automatically redirected to an onboarding survey where we'll ask you questions about how you want your BookingKoala account to be constructed. On top of that, we provide revisions as needed to make sure you get exactly what you want!
What if I need multiple industries?
Each BookingKoala build comes with 1 industry (Home Cleaning, Carpet Cleaning, Office Cleaning, etc). It takes a lot of work to set up multiple industries since each industry needs it's own pricing, frequencies, variables, extras, form design, form settings, and so on. We're happy to create and customize as many industries as you want. All additional work needed that is not included in the initial setup will be billed at $25 per hour.
Does this include website design?
Not as this time. You will need to customize your own BookingKoala website if you plan on using one of their templates. We don't build websites on the BK platform for a variety of reasons but it mostly comes down to the fact that BK websites are difficult to customize. They have a fantastic drag and drop builder with a lot of pre-built templates at your disposal but we find that most of our customers want something totally custom. That's why we've partnered with a professional website design company that can offer custom websites, beautiful templates, tech support, and so on. This way, you can get a customized website that is SEO friendly and all of your BK forms (booking forms, login/signup forms, gift card form, etc) can be embedded on your website very easily!
Will you use my company logo and colors?
Absolutely! We ask for your logo during the onboarding process and we'll use your company colors to professionally design your booking forms, "extras" icons, and so on. When our team is finished, your BookingKoala forms will look like a native part of your website!
Is there training on how to use my BookingKoala account?
